01 / PERSONAL PROJECTS

Ideas don’t stay
ideas for long.

Beyond the day job. Ideas I’m exploring, platforms I’m building, and things I want to exist.

THE PERSONAL LAB / PROJECT 01

“Wake up, Jarvis.”

The assistant I wanted to exist. The system I’m learning by building.

LOCAL AI PROTOTYPE

A Python assistant with wake-word detection, speech-to-text, deterministic tools, local model routing through Ollama, and a React command center. Its HUD follows runtime state, activity, and Mac telemetry over WebSockets.

“Wake up Jarvis.”

Wake detection activates the session. The wake listener releases the microphone before speech recognition begins.

01 / SEPARATION

A core with clear boundaries.

Voice, intent detection, actions, model routing, and response formatting each have their own responsibility.

02 / OBSERVABILITY

Follow each state and action.

The HUD follows public activity events and runtime states. Telemetry sampling runs separately from the voice loop.

03 / LOCAL-FIRST

Built around my own machine.

Local model adapters through Ollama, personal memory, and tools for applications, system information, and files.

An evolving personal project, not a hosted assistant service. The tactical map and radar in the HUD are visual elements.

03 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE SYSTEMS

Backend depth.
Builder’s curiosity.

I like taking complex problems
and making them work simply.

I’m a Lead Software Engineer at Airbus, focused on backend architecture, cloud-native applications, and database modernization.

My work combines hands-on engineering with system design, performance optimization, enterprise governance, and technical leadership. Node.js and AWS are my core focus; my UI experience helps me collaborate across the stack.

Outside that work, I’m exploring AI engineering, generative AI, and developer productivity—and turning that curiosity into my own learning platforms.

Taking an early R&D prototype toward a reliable enterprise migration platform.

OracleNode.js + ora2pgPostgreSQL
01 / THE CHALLENGE

Make migration dependable.

The early application suffered from frequent migration failures. My work focused on reliability, execution performance, and the requirements for broader enterprise adoption.

02 / MY OWNERSHIP

Connect architecture to execution.

  • Redesigned migration execution for parallel processing and reduced overall execution time.
  • Improved backend and frontend responsiveness, migration reliability, and live status visibility.
  • Implemented corporate SSO and drove data-compliance and industrialization activities with data officers and cross-functional stakeholders.
03 / THE DIRECTION

A stronger foundation for adoption.

Evolved the prototype into a more stable, performant application progressing toward industrialization. The focus remains reliability, performance, and enterprise readiness.
